Our Award Winning Edibles are only available through licensed retailers in Oregon, Washington State, California, Oklahoma, Maine, Michigan, Missouri, Massachusetts, Nevada, Florida, Colorado, Arizona, Arkansas, Utah, Montana, Ohio, New York, Canada and Puerto Rico. Our Gummiez, Fruit Chews, and hard candies are 100% Gluten free. The majority of our Chocolates are also gluten free. The only products that are not Gluten Free are our White Chocolate Cookies and Cream.
 
Due to individual state regulations not all of our products are available in all markets. Please refer to our product offerings list for the state you are located in.
 

While not all of our offerings are Vegan, we do offer Vegan friendly options including our Gummiez, Fruit Chews, and Hard Candies. We have selected Vegan friendly ingredients in our Gummiez, Fruit Chews and hard candy. We work diligently to prevent cross contamination with the non vegan offerings

Due to local and federal laws we do not sell or ship products directly to consumers. You must purchase our products from licensed retailers.
 
We are not able to offer any discounts however feel free to contact your local Smokiez Edibles retailer to discuss possible special ordering.
