Ditching Dyes
This past year, we kicked extra additives to the curb and ditched dyes for good. In 2026, all 22 states that sell Smokiez will join the bandwagon, offering the same great flavor and texture our customers know and love with one less unnecessary ingredient. We promise you won’t miss it one bit.
Big Wins in NJ and IL
Smokiez took home two first-place wins at the Best In Grass Awards, in New Jersey and Illinois, in the Edible Gummies category. Another year where our Sour Watermelon Fruit Chews reign supreme in customer appreciation for their incredible taste and reliable dosing.
15 Year Anniversary
2025 marked 15 years of Smokiez products for sale on the compliant cannabis market. Each year brings regulation changes, new states opening up their medical and recreational markets, and hurdles we can’t predict. We continue to roll with the punches to bring our delicious, reliably-dosed Fruit Chews to markets throughout the United States, Puerto Rico, and Costa Rica. We couldn’t do it without our loyal customers and medical patients, and for that, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

We’re proud to have been recognized by this national publication and we’re hopeful the Smokiez name will continue garnering mainstream media attention in 2026.
Federal Reclassification
2025 was the year that, by executive order, cannabis was reclassified as a Schedule I drug and moved down to Schedule III, emphasizing what we all already knew: that cannabis has potential to be used for medical purposes. Despite a lack of full federal legalization (or declassification,) this historic move means that the U.S. is finally able to research cannabis and catch up with the hard work that scientists throughout the world have been doing to learn about the plant. We’re hopeful that this research will continue to remove stigma, increase nationwide acceptance, and interest potential patients who might experience a better quality of life.
